Automotive & Mobility Mentor Network
The goal of the Automotive & Mobility Mentor Network is to grow the automotive, transportation, and smart mobility sector in Tennessee by mentoring entrepreneurs who are bringing new technologies and solutions to the market.
The Automotive & Mobility Mentor Network pairs mentors with promising new companies through a structured, stage-gate process involving panel presentations and one-on-one mentoring sessions. Modeled off the successful CONNECT San Diego Springboard program, it is run by TennSMART in partnership with Launch Tennessee (LaunchTN).
After completing the program, startups will have an investable pitch deck, a solid business plan, and a strategy to gain market share. These tools will position Tennessee’s entrepreneurs to raise capital, request other funds like SBIR grants, and scale their company.
The Automotive & Mobility Mentor Network also provides valuable access to industry specific assets, networking opportunities with TennSMART’s members and partners, and opportunities to participate in other TennSMART and Launch TN programming.
